From side hustle to business venture.
We helped Alicia pinpoint her target audience and created a cohesive and authentic brand identity that speaks to her clients.
See the project below.
Overview:
Alicia came to us with a budding business idea and needed help dialing everything in. Often asked by her friends and family to help them get organized, she dreamed of providing consulting services to other solopreneurs and small businesses.
Challenges:
Coming from an event-planning and fundraising background, Alicia knew the importance of looking the part. Having a professionally-designed logo and marketing materials was a non-negotiable if she was to give this a go. She had the self-awareness that she couldn’t create this identity herself, nor did she want to trust a fly-by-night online freelancer. She needed to be taken seriously as a professional so she could attract her ideal clientele of woman-owned small businesses who we seeking calm through organization.
Solution:
We created a branding and collateral package that positioned her as a trusted advisor, with a vibe that was both refined and professional as it was calm and approachable.
Execution:
During our brand strategy sessions, we helped her uncover what she did best, and what kind of client she could best serve (and which ones weren’t a good fit for her business model and long-term goals).
Translating her branding ideas into a finished logo was just the beginning. We created an identity package that drew on a color palate her target clients would gravitate to and that was consistent with her personal style.
We also created a set of premium business cards with upgraded finish options (including rose gold metallic accents, an organic textured finish, and a thicker cardstock) that reflected her refined personality and made a positive impression on her prospective clients.
Impact:
With her newly-crafted visual identity and business cards, Alicia gained the confidence to pitch her services to her target clientele — other strong women in business.
