Overview.
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to drive website and branding engagements for a small creative agency.
This role focuses on generating new business across a diverse client portfolio that includes small businesses, mid-sized organizations, Fortune 500 companies, and large universities.

Launched in 2020, we provide visual identity systems, brand strategy, websites, digital advertising, and other design and print services to businesses nationwide.
Our sister brand Woodshed Stage Art was founded in 1999 and provides highly specialized design and print services to the music industry, particularly to nationally touring bands.
We help our clients craft & amplify their message to drive results.

Responsibilities.
Prospect, qualify, and close new clients for website design/development & branding services
Nurture relationships with existing clients & leads, uncovering new opportunities
Conduct discovery calls & presentations that translate client goals into proposed solutions & project scopes
Collaborate with the Founder & CEO to develop tailored proposals & uncover market opportunities
Manage the sales pipeline & maintain accurate CRM records, from lead through contract
Create & deliver client sales documents (including proposals, agreements, invoices, etc.)
Represent the agency professionally at client meetings & events
Compensation & Structure.
100% commission-based compensation
Recurring revenue commission
Uncapped compensation
Direct reporting to the Founder/CEO with close collaboration on strategy & proposals
Flexible work arrangement with the expectation to meet client & agency needs, including fully-remote, in-office (Downtown Cleveland), and/or hybrid
The Ideal Candidate.
The ideal candidate combines consultative selling with an understanding of creative services to match client needs with high-impact branding and web solutions.
Highly motivated self-starter, always looking for opportunities
Proven track record in selling creative services, digital projects, or consultative B2B solutions
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with a fully commission-based compensation model
Ability to quickly understand client business challenges and position creative/technical solutions
